"My name is Daniela Dib, and I am the founder of DibFit Cycle.
The process of creating DibFit was a massive undertaking. To put it simply, it would not have been possible without Whitney and Toby of Ark and Mason. From day one, they were a part of the creative and visual process. They listened to every idea and vision I had for the studio. Not only was it executed to perfection, but they also exceeded my expectations. As a new business owner, I had SO many questions. They truly made the process so approachable. No concern was too minor, no detail left undiscussed.
Because I made the choice of hiring them, I could rest easy that the studio was being held to the highest standard of construction. Not only did we finish on schedule, but we were able to open our doors within the month we had set out too.
DibFit Cycle has been hailed as one of the most beautiful Vancouver boutique fitness studios. We are constantly being featured and reposted on social media and in blog posts.
Do not hesitate to use Ark and Mason. It was truly the BEST decision I could have made. I can not recommend them enough!"
Daniel Dib
Dibfit Founder
The future space of DibFit cycle started as a dark and uninviting underground gym that was in dire need of rejuvenation. Our first challenge was creating an enclosed studio that had the correct sound proofing requirements to blast a club-like audio system without disturbing the school above. Other challenges included dripping pipes, perfecting the AV in the studio, and portraying our client’s unique brand throughout the space all in a demanding 8-to-10-week deadline to complete the entire build and obtain occupancy.

Soundproofing was achieved by sourcing special sound absorbing spray foam on the ceiling. This solution not only worked, but also kept our client’s budget in mind by preventing the costly suspension of any ceilings or sound absorbing panels in the space. With a race to the finish line, the studio was completed on time for the grand opening, without sacrificing any details. Each unique element highlighted the clients’ brand on display for that “Instagram moment”.
